Job Title: BCBA Program Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Program Consultant to join our team at The Center for Children with Special Needs. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing consultation and support to school teams and learners with complex learning and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation to school teams to support learners with complex learning and behavioral needs.
  • Complete professional documentation of clinical and consultative activities.
  • Attend consult division meetings and other internal meetings onsite at CCSN's Farmington office.
  • Develop and coordinate professional development opportunities for certified and non-certified staff in districts.
  • Coordinate with CCSN's administrative team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing with the State of Connecticut and either a BCBA or BCBA-D.
  • Have experience in delivering evidence-based treatment to children with ASD and other learning needs for at least 3 years with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Have experience coordinating professional development and training opportunities for direct care staff.
  • Have strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Possess the desire to work as part of a larger team multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and others.

This is a full-time position with a contract running through July 1, 2025, with position review and renewal addressed in the Spring of 2025.
