Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida offers essential programs and services tailored for children and families. This role, part of the Neighborhood Center for Families Program, entails:
- Delivering therapeutic services to children and families within a community-focused setting.
- Implementing intensive support, evaluating clients, and developing personalized multidisciplinary treatment strategies.
- Providing guidance and training to parents on therapeutic techniques and behavioral strategies.
- Collaborating with treatment team members and case managers; offering on-call support for crisis situations on a rotating schedule.
Role Details:
Compensation: The starting salary for this position is $49,500 annually, commensurate with relevant education and experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications
Education and Licensure:
- A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology is required.
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of two years of experience working directly with children, adolescents, and families, or related experience under the supervision of a licensed clinician is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- Completion of a three-day new hire orientation is required.
- Willingness to meet clients in community settings is essential.
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical screenings, including drug and TB tests, is mandatory.
