About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our AI Analytics practice in Supply Chain and Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic accounts, and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage executive-level relationships to grow a sustainable network of clients and drive business growth.
  • Partner with internal leaders to design and sell profitable business and digital transformation programs.
  • Develop new client relationships through various means, with support from Vice Presidents.
  • Accelerate our capabilities in advisory services around Data Strategy/Roadmap, including key Data & AI capabilities such as Gen AI Strategy, governance, and operating model design.
  • Lead energetic workshops with clients to identify pain-points, desires, as-is situation, solution path, solution design, etc.
  • Define and own solution approaches, technical designs, and advise on solution development, testing, and roll-out.
  • Lead teams of technical experts and engineers to build technical solutions, guiding them in building components of technical solutions on your own, while building a holistic view of the clients' challenges.
  • Find and cultivate opportunities for improvement and grow the business within your space.
  • Help promote program/solution/team success internally and at the client.
  • Contribute and drive some of the AI/Analytics deals to grow our team.
  • Build client trust and close collaboration to drive the projects and manage the risks.
  • Manage some AI/Analytics consultants to grow them as part of growing the practice.
Requirements
  • Engineering Degree, B.S. (M.S. or MBA with STEM background preferred)
  • Data Strategy & Data Governance expertise
  • Customer Analytics, or/and Intelligent Industry Analytics (Smart Plant/Manufacturing, Smart Supply Chain, etc.) expertise
  • Experience in delivering AI/Analytics use cases
  • Strong familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts such as IoT, Edge, Data Hub, predictive maintenance, Digital thread, control tower, and others would be a great advantage
  • Knowledge of Data Standards and Manufacturing Standards and Capabilities
  • Experience in process mapping and ability to identify system/process weaknesses and areas for possible issues.
