About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Project Coordinator to support our projects at Acclaim Technical Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, monitoring deadlines, and developing effective scheduling management systems.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Monitors portfolio, program, or project timelines and deadlines
  • Develops and implements effective scheduling management systems
  • Consults with portfolio, program, and project managers to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph
  • Medium to advanced knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project)
