About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Equipment Specialist to join our team at Sysco Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Maintain Dispenser Equipment: Ensure that all beverage dispensing equipment is properly installed, maintained, and functioning correctly.
  • Record and Prioritize Service Calls: Accurately record and prioritize incoming service calls to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance Checks: Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Review and Update Preventative Maintenance Schedules: Regularly review and update preventative maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Contact Customers Regarding Service Problems: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve service problems and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Handle Equipment to Minimize Damage: Take necessary steps to minimize damage to equipment during installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Report Damage of Equipment: Accurately report any damage to equipment to ensure that it is properly documented and addressed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills and knowledge of beverage dispensing equipment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and maintenance schedules.
