Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Operator to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining elevated levels of accuracy and performance to meet the needs of store orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by utilizing safe work practices while lifting and stacking totes and boxes of merchandise and building pallets that get sent to stores.
  • Operate powered equipment, such as forklifts, to move merchandise and supplies throughout the warehouse.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to use hand and powered tools to perform job function.
  • Must be able to obtain license to operate all types of powered equipment within 90 days.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to walk, stand, pull, climb for an extended period of time.
  • Must be able to lift frequently 20-45 lbs., occasionally 45-75 lbs.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed to include high volume periods.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to be a team player who is comfortable working in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to work with different levels of colleagues with focus on customer service.
  • Ability to act competently in emergencies.
