Job Title: Full-time Physiatrist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Full-time Physiatrist to join our team in providing exceptional rehabilitative therapy to geriatric patients in Senior Living Communities.

About the Role:
  • As a Full-time Physiatrist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients.
  • You will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
  • You will also be responsible for accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
