About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap for our core data platform, CODE Orange, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineering, and leadership to prioritize and deliver critical data platform features
  • Own the planning, directing, and coordinating of activities to develop solutions for internal customers
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, complete solution design, and deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Oversee projects that enable faster ingestion and acquisition, preparation, and creation of analytical ready datasets
  • Manage the development of microservices and self-service data capabilities
  • Ensure ongoing management for each delivery to improve performance and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Product/Project Management
  • 5+ years in Data Platform experience including Data Management practices (Analytics/Platform)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading the execution of highly visible complex projects
  • Experience building and operating GxP-regulated technology in Life Sciences
  • Understanding of Gen AI/LLM technologies and how they integrate with data platform to drive business value
  • Deploying and maintaining enterprise-wide data platforms and analytics tooling
  • Communicating, capturing, and documenting requirements for execution by engineering and driving delivery across multi-functional teams
