We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, including SNFs and ALFs, and provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
Responsibilities- Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
- Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
- Go over care options with residents and family members
- Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and medical condition histories
- Train nursing staff and supervise them
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Hourly pay range: $38-$71 (25% higher than average)
- Payment on a weekly or daily basis
- Eligibility for health/vision/dental benefits
