  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to develop their technical skills and expertise

Requirements

  • PhD in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior engineering role, with a proven track record of leading technical projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and will be comfortable with ambiguity and change.
