We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Residential Program Manager to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc. As a key member of our Residential team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, clean, and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement, and success.
Key Responsibilities- Student Support and Case Management: Provide individualized student case management to maintain student enrollment and success in the program.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise residential staff as directed and may serve as the Acting Residential/Dorm Supervisor in their absence.
- Operational Management: Oversee the respective dorm area and use proper judgment and discretion to resolve student and staff issues and concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of incident and shift reports, and maintain a safe and clean dorm environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain adequate levels of inventory per established department reorder points and proactively order supplies to meet department requirements.
- Transportation and Logistics: Provide transportation as required.
- Staff Development and Management: Motivate and manage staff to work effectively, create a supportive work environment, and recognize staff accomplishments.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work in partnership with staff from all departments to ensure effective supervision and services are provided to students.
We are looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of Job Corps or related program experience. A valid in-State Driver's License is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
