Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at Stahla Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, delivering, and servicing trailers, ensuring a remarkable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare trailers for delivery, adhering to our quality standards.
  • Deliver and set up trailers at various locations, meeting customer requirements.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to customers, enhancing their experience.
  • Clean, maintain, and ensure the readiness of trailers for future use.

Training and Development:

We offer a comprehensive on-the-job training program, designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for your role. Over the first three weeks, you will receive hands-on training in:

  • Safe trailer handling and transportation.
  • Effective customer interaction and service techniques.
  • Maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of assets.

Job Level Information:

  • Position Type: Entry-Level.
  • Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling.

Qualifications and Ability to Learn:

  • Ability to drive and back up large trucks (including a manual) with large trailers attached.
  • Ability to safely work on, and scale, flatbed truck beds.
  • Ability to think and problem solve quickly with the tools you have available.
  • Ability to navigate using Google Maps and make business calls on your phone.
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds.
  • Ability to obtain CDL: you must have one or less tickets in the previous three years and have no history of drug or alcohol abuse.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and enjoy driving and frequently traveling to new locations nationwide.
