Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Listen to and interact with customers to deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • Auto Parts Sales: Assist customers in finding the right auto parts, process cash and credit card transactions, and receive and process car titles and other paperwork.
  • Inventory Management: Help customers use our digital kiosks or mobile devices to look up inventory and provide warranty information.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Store Maintenance: Prioritize the cleanliness and appearance of the facility and your work area.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a retail or customer service position.
  • Administrative Skills: Good administrative and organizational skills, including cash management.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task.
