Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a record of cleaned rooms, reporting any lost items and necessary repairs.
- Assist guests with general inquiries during their stay.
- Ensure cleanliness and availability of supplies in common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, making beds, dusting, polishing furniture, restocking toiletries, and laundry as required.
- Prepare guest rooms to meet our hotel's cleanliness standards prior to guest arrivals.
- High school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent is required.
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional housekeeping role.
- Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques.
