About the Role

Aramsco seeks an experienced Excess Stock Manager to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize excess inventory and overstock products. You will work closely with the inventory and sales teams to identify opportunities to sell surplus goods at competitive prices.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within wholesale, liquidation, or discount retail. You will also have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and familiarity with wholesale and liquidation markets, sales best practices, and inventory management software/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies that minimize inventory holding costs and maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate Pricing: Work with buyers to negotiate competitive pricing on overstock products, ensuring profitability while clearing excess stock.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends in overstock sales and opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Manage Inventory: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory & sales teams to stay updated on overstock items and identify new liquidation opportunities.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on location and experience.
