**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, shipments, and receipts.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and shipping products, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to achieve operational goals, including meeting productivity and quality standards.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending, reaching, and climbing.
