Job Title: Shop Foreman

Pape Trucks Inc is seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to lead our service team in Marysville, WA.

Job Summary:

The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the service shop, ensuring that all service work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. As the lead, you will serve as the primary contact for repair challenges and support, mentor, and train a team of truck technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service shop and ensure all service work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
  • Serve as the primary contact for repair challenges and support the service team.
  • Mentor and train a team of truck technicians.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience in a lead or supervisor role, including training new technicians.
  • 3 or more years of experience working on heavy trucks.
  • Knowledge of computer diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
