Key Responsibilities:

As the Educational Center Supervisor, you will assist in five main areas:


  1. Student Evaluations and Consultations:
    • Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
    • Create tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs.
    • Discuss educational goals and solutions with both parents and students.
    • Support families through the enrollment process.
  2. Building Strong Parent Relationships:
    • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and behaviors.
    • Foster a friendly and approachable atmosphere for families.
  3. Training and Developing Instructional Staff:
    • Assist in the hiring and training of instructors.
    • Recognize team strengths and areas for improvement, making necessary adjustments.
  4. Maintaining Center Standards and Quality:
    • Hold team members accountable for their performance.
    • Ensure that established expectations are consistently met.
  5. Evaluating Center Performance:
    • Analyze performance reports and implement necessary changes based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for mathematics and working with students.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Able to foster teamwork while balancing various leadership duties.
  • Willingness to learn and receive training.
  • Exceptional math skills, at least through Algebra I.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • A completed Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, education, or a related field.
  • Prior management or leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer relations and sales is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Korean is a plus, but not required.
