We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Peak Resources, a leading nursing home, memory care, and assisted living company in North Carolina. Our top priority is providing a comfortable environment that focuses on the well-being and happiness of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and implement healthcare plans and nursing duties
  • Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants
  • Comply with current rules and regulations, written policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered, active RN license in this State
  • Current BLS CPR Certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others

Preferred Experience:

  • One to two years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility

Benefits:

  • Full-time positions include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and 401(k) retirement plan
  • Sign-on bonuses available for nurses hired within a specified timeframe

Available Shifts:

  • 7a-3p Monday - Friday
  • 3p-11p Monday - Friday
  • 11p-7a Monday - Friday
  • Weekend Baylor 12-hour shifts
