Job Title: Supervisor of Occupational Therapy Services

St. Catherine's Center for Children is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapy Supervisor to lead our occupational therapy services team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to our occupational therapy staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor occupational therapy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy programs and services, ensuring alignment with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and services for our clients.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning for clients, ensuring the development of individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide training and education to staff on best practices in occupational therapy, ensuring ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New York State.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
