What Will You Be Doing?


Pinnacle Family Services is seeking a Full-time Behavioral Support Specialist who will be responsible for delivering direct care services, supervising clients to facilitate therapeutic activities during crises or disruptions, and providing behavioral redirection and training.

Are You a Suitable Candidate?


A Behavioral Support Specialist should possess experience working with children and youth in various environments, such as educational institutions, residential treatment facilities, or foster care.

Candidates must be open to travel throughout the designated service areas.

To assess if you are a suitable candidate for this role, consider the following qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in behavior analysis
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Cultural competence
Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families
  • Child Mental Health Qualified Professional preferred
  • Access to reliable transportation in compliance with all relevant vehicle laws
