Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to ensure that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all team members are following safety protocols.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of production data, including quality metrics and production schedules.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any issues or concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or industrial engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
