We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team on the 1st Shift at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in West El Paso. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department, supporting the Manufacturing Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Train to perform duties related to the preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients and/or medical devices according to standard operating procedures and regulations.
- Understand production processes and equipment in the assigned area.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Transport materials of varying weights safely, using material handling equipment and assistance as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
- 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic English reading, writing, and understanding preferred, but not required.
- Skills in operating manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack preferred.
- 1st Shift Monday-Friday.
- Open to entry level and Spanish speaking talent.
- Opportunity for overtime.
- Hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Potential for career growth and development within the company.
