Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to the Maintenance Department by assisting with daily tasks, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine inspections.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Specialists and Assistant Maintenance personnel to ensure efficient workflow and knowledge sharing.
- Execute assigned maintenance procedures, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment repair and replacement.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Contribute to a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve facility production goals and support other cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
- One (1) year of experience in a maintenance role within a production environment.
- Proficiency in basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
This position is based in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to moving mechanical parts and electrical equipment. The noise level can be moderate at times.
