Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Davanni's Pizza and Hot Hoagies. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cooperate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Nurture positive working relationships with staff
  • Delegate daily tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Address any issues promptly and effectively
  • Supervise staff and control merchandise
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Set a good example for staff and provide a great service experience for customers
  • Ensure the highest quality products are served to our customers
Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Competitive salary starting at $53,000 depending on experience
