Position Overview:
Epic Travel Staffing is actively seeking a travel nurse RN specialized in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for an exciting opportunity.

Job Specifications:
  • Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit
  • Discipline: RN
  • Employment Type: Travel
  • Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
  • Duration: 14 weeks

Requirements:
  • Active WA Nursing License
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Telemetry experience is essential
  • Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and manage medications such as Cardizem and Heparin gtts
  • Experience with CIWA, Amiodarone, nitroglycerin drips, and chest tube management is preferred
  • Capability to titrate cardiac drips
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • NIHSS certification is a plus

  • Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5
  • Units: PCU
