Job Overview

Responsibilities

* Process Checkout and Return transactions efficiently and accurately
* Maintain a clean and organized Self-Checkout area
* Proactively seek product knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities
* Follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink
* Collaborate with Head Cashiers to support the team and provide first-level escalation for customer issues
