  • Store Operations: Perform open/close procedures, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Loss Prevention: Protect the company against loss by implementing effective security measures and monitoring store activity.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate accountability and leadership skills, and consistently exhibit a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Third Key or Assistant Manager in a pawn shop environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing: Continuous standing required.
  • Walking: Frequent walking, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing.
