Job Summary:

The Patient Assessment Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Administer medications, including IVs, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions between departments.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Estimated Salary:

$72,000 - $92,000 per year, based on experience and location.
