Position Overview

Wisestaff LLC is seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) with at least one (1) year of full-time LVN experience within the last three years to join our outpatient clinic team. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of military personnel and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient symptoms, responses, and progress; assist physicians during examinations and procedures; administer prescribed medications and treatments; facilitate patient admissions and discharges, and support recovery and rehabilitation efforts.
  • Evaluate patients' health status for potential emergencies and differentiate between normal and abnormal findings; initiate emergency interventions when necessary.
  • Operate emergency medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG machines, and cardiac monitors as required by the clinic and position.
  • Exhibit prompt and skilled responses in emergency situations, including cardiac or respiratory distress, severe trauma, and psychiatric emergencies, potentially serving on resuscitation teams.
  • Accurately document all patient care activities and progress in accordance with established medical record standards.

Compensation Package:

The full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) role includes a Health and Welfare Cash Allowance covering:

Qualifications:
  • Must possess one year or more of full-time LVN experience within the last three years.
  • Ability to pass a background check for government clearance.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program recognized by the National League of Nursing.
  • Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN/LPN license from any US jurisdiction.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
