Job Title: Senior Sales Associate

Primary Purpose:

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales goals and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
  • Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.

  • Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events in store.
  • Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
  • Elevated sense of personal style and minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders.
