Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure a high level of quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a culinary role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • CPR/First Aid certification, with the ability to obtain other certifications as required.
