Job Summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Electrophysiology Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Cath/EP Lab team, you will assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab.
  • Specialize in the care of patients undergoing PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement, and EP devices and ablations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac electrophysiology.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a CCAHEP-accredited program.
  • 2 years of experience in electrophysiology with knowledge of EP and ablation devices.
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
