Apply TodayJob Summary and Qualificationsesponsible for the performance of diagnostic ultrasound exams, diagnostic cardiology procedures, peripheral vascular studies (imaging included). The Cardiovascular Sonographer is a highly skilled individual qualified by academic and clinical experience to produce and evaluate ultrasound images.What qualifications you will need:Completion of an accredited Echocardiography Program and / or minimum of 2 years experience in the field of EchocardiographyBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateRegistered Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac SonographerBasic echocardiography knowledge, cardiac anatomy/physiologyHCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is a purpose-guided healthcare provider. We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, and inpatient and outpatient surgery. Our ED consists of 22 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad.
