We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team as a Medical Director for Geriatric Care. This is a full-time clinical physician lead role that requires providing high-quality, complex care to residents and patients across various settings.
- Provides leadership and supervision to nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Collaborates with facility leadership teams, patients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Audits medical orders and documentation for each provider monthly.
- Assumes medical directorships for skilled and other senior living facilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduate degree from an accredited school of medicine.
- Two or more years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare.
- Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred.
