The Opportunity
We're seeking an accomplished family medicine provider with a track record of delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for leadership. As a Physician Lead, you'll join a dynamic team of professionals who are dedicated to advancing the art of medicine and improving patient outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
• Build a diverse panel of patients, fostering long-term relationships and delivering tailored care plans.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Work collaboratively with Cleveland Clinic on clinical integration, quality improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
• Create and execute training programs for new providers, ensuring they possess the skills to excel in our fast-paced environment.
• Oversee specific office management and HR functions, focusing on talent development, process optimization, and employee well-being.
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Accomplished Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD or DO graduate from an accredited program.
- 3+ years of experience in outpatient primary care, showcasing outstanding patient outcomes and engagement.
- Direct leadership experience (min. 1 year).
- Board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Ohio state licensure.
