Speech Language Therapist Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. This role involves collaborating closely with students to enhance their speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement in speech and language
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and objectives
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance articulation, language comprehension, and communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for each student
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active State Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is desirable
  • Experience with various treatment approaches and modalities, including AAC, PROMPT, and social communication interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, teachers, and parents
