**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our team at AnthroMed Education in Colorado. As a CF-SLP, you'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional speech therapy services to students.

Your Role in Our Team

You'll be responsible for evaluating student speech-language abilities, creating targeted treatment plans, and delivering high-quality speech-language therapy services according to each student's IEP. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of delivering top-notch speech therapy services to students.

About the Position

This CF-SLP role comes with an estimated annual salary of $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience. If you're relocating to Colorado, we offer relocation assistance to make your transition smoother.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Evaluating student speech-language abilities and creating targeted treatment plans.
  2. Delivering high-quality speech-language therapy services according to each student's IEP.
  3. Conducting assessments, analyzing results, and developing reports to identify areas of strength and concern.
  4. Staying current with industry developments and applying this knowledge to inform your practice.
  5. Creating an inclusive learning environment that promotes efficient process management strategies.
  6. Participating in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving sessions.
  7. Developing treatment plans in collaboration with instructional staff, focusing on student-centered approaches.
  8. Ensuring all evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with relevant guidelines.
  9. Supporting teachers in identifying and addressing potential speech and language issues.

What We Look for in a Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Experience as a Graduate Student Clinician in a school setting is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for working in a team-oriented school setting and delivering exceptional speech therapy services.
  • The ability to obtain a Special Services license through the Colorado Department of Education.
