Special Education Therapist

**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our team at AnthroMed Education in Colorado. As a CF-SLP, you'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional speech therapy services to students.
Your Role in Our Team
You'll be responsible for evaluating student speech-language abilities, creating targeted treatment plans, and delivering high-quality speech-language therapy services according to each student's IEP. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of delivering top-notch speech therapy services to students.
About the Position
This CF-SLP role comes with an estimated annual salary of $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience. If you're relocating to Colorado, we offer relocation assistance to make your transition smoother.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Evaluating student speech-language abilities and creating targeted treatment plans.
- Delivering high-quality speech-language therapy services according to each student's IEP.
- Conducting assessments, analyzing results, and developing reports to identify areas of strength and concern.
- Staying current with industry developments and applying this knowledge to inform your practice.
- Creating an inclusive learning environment that promotes efficient process management strategies.
- Participating in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving sessions.
- Developing treatment plans in collaboration with instructional staff, focusing on student-centered approaches.
- Ensuring all evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with relevant guidelines.
- Supporting teachers in identifying and addressing potential speech and language issues.
What We Look for in a Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Experience as a Graduate Student Clinician in a school setting is preferred.
- A genuine passion for working in a team-oriented school setting and delivering exceptional speech therapy services.
- The ability to obtain a Special Services license through the Colorado Department of Education.
