AnthroMed Education is a rapidly growing practice of school-based clinicians in Colorado, focusing on providing exceptional speech therapy services to students. Our team is dedicated to supporting Clinical Fellows (CF) in the early stages of their career.
We are currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as CF-SLPs in partner schools in Highlands Ranch or nearby locations.
Finding the Right Fit
We invite qualified applicants to meet with us via Zoom to discuss our process and support system. This meeting will help us understand your preferences and requirements, including grade levels, eligibilities, and travel distance. Based on this information, we will match you with suitable schools from our partner network.
Once matched, you will begin interviewing with our partner schools to explore caseloads, school cultures, and specific job details.
Salary and Relocation Assistance
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, AnthroMed offers relocation assistance to candidates moving to Colorado.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating student speech-language abilities to create effective treatment plans.
- Providing high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs.
- Conducting assessments, translating results, and developing reports to identify strengths and concerns in areas like speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
- Staying updated with professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to inform practice decisions.
- Creating a learning environment that fosters efficient process management strategies.
- Participating in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings.
- Developing treatment plans in collaboration with instructional staff, focusing on strength-based, child-centered approaches.
- Ensuring evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with school, state, and federal guidelines.
- Supporting teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Experience as a Graduate Student Clinician in a school setting is preferred.
- A passion for working in a team-oriented school setting and providing quality speech therapy services to students.
- The ability to obtain a Special Services license through the Colorado Department of Education.
