Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer satisfaction and foster repeat service clientele by guaranteeing that vehicles are repaired and maintained correctly, ensuring they are 'fixed right the first time.'
- Stay informed about Lexus products and services, maintaining professional and technical proficiency through on-the-job training and participation in training programs.
- Ensure the service department is well-stocked with necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Manage and uphold the service department in accordance with the safety and aesthetic standards set by Rallye and Lexus, as well as relevant government regulations.
- Comply with all Federal and State laws pertaining to automobile repair and consumer protection.
- Assist in the distribution of repair orders and the planning of work assignments.
- Monitor the quality of work during progress and provide assistance to technicians with technical challenges.
- Supply technicians and service advisors with essential technical information and repair protocols.
- Continuously strive to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Service Department through in-center training and mentorship of technicians.
- Elevate the technical expertise of staff by organizing training sessions for service technicians, including attendance at Lexus training seminars and workshops.
- Support the Service Manager with matters related to personnel, facilities, tools, or equipment that may impact productivity, efficiency, work quality, or customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication, processes, and relationships with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, Parts Manager, and Parts Counter Person.
- Engage with customers to resolve complex vehicle issues that have proven challenging to diagnose.

Qualifications:
- Valid and clean Driver's License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lexus automotive technician.
- Strong mechanical skills and manual dexterity.
- Experience in supervising, coaching, delegating, and training technicians.
- Proficient understanding of all shop equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Capability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must achieve 8 ASE certifications upon hiring.
