Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the RTL SoC/Subsystem verification of ARM based SoCs, leveraging industry-standard verification methodologies like UVM, Portable Stimulus, and Formal verification flows. As a Verification Engineer at Axiado, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating closely with the Director of Engineering (Verification).
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Drive the success of our verification initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.
- Test Plan Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans, defining the scope and objectives of our verification efforts.
- Micro-architecture design verification, RTL verification, and documentation: Utilize your expertise to verify and document the design of our micro-architectures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Top-level and block-level functional and performance verification, and system level use-case verification: Employ advanced verification techniques to validate the functionality and performance of our systems, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Support test program development, chip validation, and chip life until production maturity: Provide critical support throughout the development lifecycle, from test program creation to chip validation and eventual mass production.
- 8+ years of experience in UVM verification and UVM environment development (must have): Proven track record of delivering successful UVM-based verification projects.
- Proficient in test plan definition and testcase development in C/Assembly/System Verilog: Strong programming skills and ability to develop effective test plans and testcases.
- Expertise in verifying design at RTL level and gate-level simulation: In-depth knowledge of verification methodologies and ability to apply them effectively.
- Good understanding of coverage analysis, performance verification and use-case verification: Familiarity with various verification metrics and ability to analyze and interpret results.
- Must have worked on AMBA AXI, AHB, APB protocols: Experience with industry-standard bus protocols and ability to integrate them into our verification workflows.
- Should have worked on verifying interface protocols like PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR3/4, LPDDR, I2C/I3C, SPI, SD/SDIO/eMMC, UART, etc.: Broad knowledge of interface protocols and ability to apply this expertise to our verification efforts.
- Experience in functional test vector development and post-silicon bring-up/debug: Skilled in creating effective test vectors and troubleshooting complex issues during the silicon bring-up phase.
- Fluency with scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python, Shell): Ability to leverage scripting languages to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
- Experience in working with repository management tools like Bitbucket/Jenkins and bug tracking tools like JIRA: Familiarity with Agile development practices and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- BE/BTECH or ME/MTECH degree in EE/EECS/CS or equivalent: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Axiado offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
