Position Overview:

As a Banquet Bartender, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional beverage service to all patrons, ensuring a professional and courteous experience that aligns with the operational standards of the organization. A successful candidate will possess comprehensive training and remain informed about the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly review and comprehend all details of Private Event Orders (PEOs) and Beverage Daily Assignments.
  • Prepare and dismantle all bar equipment and supplies for events according to Beverage Daily Assignments.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and professionalism towards guests, members, and colleagues.
  • Comply with uniform and grooming standards set by the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork at the conclusion of each shift.
  • Verify that all chits are filled out correctly at the end of each shift.
  • Keep all work areas clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
  • Promptly communicate any issues, guest complaints, or requests to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols while performing assigned tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a professional bartending role.
  • Familiarity with standard drink recipes.
  • Solid understanding of mixology, beverage service, and basic sanitation practices.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong mathematical abilities.
  • Physical capability to bend and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • RAMPS Certification is required.
