Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive experience for customers by consistently providing superior service and exceeding expectations.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day execution of customer orders, ensuring accurate invoices and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer relationships while reducing costs.
  • Manage critical metrics, including response time to customers, case fill, and on-time delivery.
  • Process orders from customers, sales representatives, purchasing department, and merchandisers, as well as process credits requests from customers within the Credit Policy.
  • Maintain system data to ensure order systems work as expected and manage multiple Xdock Programs, both manual and electronic.
Requirements
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Strong logistics ordering system knowledge preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for analytics and ability to navigate computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
  • Proficient knowledge of the organization, products, and services.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
