All Star Premium Sportswear is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our retail outlet.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets and exceeding determined sales plans.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards to ensure consistent execution of company marketing and visual presentation.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secure the Store: Ensure the store is secured at closing by checking doors, alarms, and safes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of store sales, damages, deposit logs, scheduling, employee discounts, and new hire paperwork.
- 2 years of consistent retail sales/customer service experience (fashion/apparel retail experience preferred)
- Experience in an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or Team Supervisor role
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work with teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills towards customers, staff members, and store managers
- Open availability (opening and/or closing shifts, weekends, holiday seasons)
- Reliable mode of transportation for deposit submissions
- Attention to detail for attractive marketing displays and store appearance
- Ability to lift heavy merchandise, walk, and stand for long hours
