This includes patching, painting, and general repair work as required. You will also perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as cleaning, changing oils, and replacing worn parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain equipment and physical structures
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including patching, painting, and general repair work

Requirements:

  • Two plus years of experience in building and maintenance work

  • Ability to detect defects in equipment and make proper repairs
