Radiation Therapist Job Summary

At Kettering Health Network, we are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team in Radiation Oncology. As a Radiation Therapist, you will work under the direction of the Medical Director and department Radiation Oncologists to provide accurate treatment and simulation of patients. This role requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy and safe care delivery, as well as participation in performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities

* Provide radiation treatments to patients, ensuring accurate and safe delivery of care
* Collaborate with the Radiation Oncology team to develop and implement treatment plans
* Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety
* Maintain certification and licensure requirements as a Radiation Therapist

Requirements

* ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
* Licensed by the State of Ohio in Radiation Therapy
* Associate's Degree or higher in Radiologic Science or certification in Radiation Therapy
* BLS certification

Qualifications

* 1 year of experience preferred, new therapists welcome
