Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client assignments and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

  • Direct field work on financial statement audits and accounting engagements, monitoring progress and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships within your area of expertise.
  • Contribute to the sales and proposal process, identifying opportunities to exceed client targets.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, recruiting talented professionals, and participating in career and recruitment forums.
  • Regularly review and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 4-5 years' minimum of progressive audit experience in public accounting or related field.
