Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with young children to help them acquire new skills, work towards individualized goals, and develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients, leading or assisting in peer play and social groups
  • Help children acquire new skills and work towards individualized goals tailored for improving communication, social interaction, problem-solving, and adaptive living skills
  • Use proper teaching, behavior change, and data collection procedures
  • Work with BCBA's and provide feedback on child's progress
  • Teach children appropriate social behaviors
  • Ensure children's safety during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, preferred but not required
  • Experience with ABA therapy, preferred but not required - we provide training
  • Ability to improvise and play with young children (ages 2-6) in various settings
  • Teach children appropriate social behaviors
  • Prior ABA experience a plus
