Job Summary: We are seeking a Tram Ambassador to join our team at Talladega Superspeedway. As a Tram Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests while they ride the tram. This is a seasonal/temporary event-based position, and you will be working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with the loading and unloading of the trams
  • Enforce Speedway policies and procedures
  • Provide event information to all guests
  • Assist the Tram Driver in checking the tram to ensure all is in working order
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
  • Positive attitude, friendly, and outgoing
  • Must follow dress code and have a clean, presentable appearance at all times
  • Ability to work with others and take direction
  • Must be trainable

Working Conditions: This is a seasonal/temporary event-based position, and you will be working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. You will be required to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.
