Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 implementation, support, and development.
  • Proficiency in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1, including payroll, time and labor, recruitment, and base benefits.
  • Experience in other modules like Core HR and Self Service.
  • Strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1, including integrations and AWE.
  • Ability to work in a global project environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work from client locations in San Carlos, SFO, and provide daily handshakes with offshore teams.
